During my lifetime, I have never seen a twister and only experienced minor hail. It's incredible to have both happen within such a short span of each other. The pounding hail seemed to come down harder with the wind - I'm surprised the skylight didn't break. Within a matter of minutes, 1/4" size hail accumulated my doormat & steps .

The squash was healthy with large leaves before the hail storm damage. Now it 's shredded and looks like it's been on death's door for some time.
